Inverter Warranty

Fill in the company name, email, model, serial number(Original and replacement serial numbers）, sales order number(Original and replacement), photo of defect & reason on the system (or fill up the attached faulty inverter form)
Keep the tickets tracking ID for future use
The customer needs to send back the faulty Inverter within 14 days. Ai Energy Shop will not continue to help deal with the warranty problem after 14 days. The customer needs to contact the manufacturer to obtain a replacement Inverter. Ai Energy will not return the replacement Inverter sent by the manufacturer. Customers need to keep it for themselves.
After sales department will update weekly
Ai Energy Shop will return/refund to customer once receive the replacement Inverter from manufacturer.
