Panels Warranty

Fill in the company name, email, model, serial number(Original and replacement serial numbers), sales order number, photo of defect & reason on the system or fill up the attached broken panel form.
Keep the tickets tracking ID for future use.
The customer needs to send back the faulty panels within 14 days. Ai Energy Shop will not continue to help deal with the warranty problems after 14 days. The customer needs to contact the manufacturer to obtain a replacement panel. Ai Energy Shop will not return the replacement panel sent by the manufacturer. Customers need to keep it for themselves.
After sales department will update weekly.
Ai Energy Shop will return/ refund to customer once receive the replacement panel from manufacturer.
